It usually takes only one swipe of the GHD straightener to get your hair straight, but I like to use it 2-3 times on the same part I am working on just to make sure it gets perfectly straight (typical virgo trait here - obsessed more than necessary with getting things perfect!). This has saved me a lot of time -- with other straighteners it used to take me an hour to get my hair straight but with this it takes just 20 minutes!
